Soft indigo-dyed cotton thread with a moderate amount of fuzz, perfect for sashiko. Fermented indigo and dyed by hand. Leaves unevenness to create a three-dimensional effect when stitched. Brown lye may come out when washing, so we recommend removing the lye before use.
How to remove bitterness: Soak overnight in 70° hot water and rinse with water.
Colors: green indigo, yellow indigo, dark indigo purple indigo, dull indigo *Even if the color name is the same, it is not the exact same color. The color will change depending on the lot, so please consider it as a rough guide.
