"One Size at a Time"
The "tubular T-shirt" was the basic shape of T-shirts until the 1980s. It is made of knitted material and has no seams on the sides.
The arrival of large circular knitting machines that dramatically increased the amount of fabric woven per hour, and low cutting and sewing wages in third countries made tubular T-shirts less competitive, and most countries stopped producing them.
It was difficult to find manufacturers to produce this type of T-shirt, especially in Japan, because it was time-consuming to have to set up machines separately for each size, and it was even more difficult to manufacture because it was a shape that was not primarily produced.
However, with the help and hard work of Quality Performance, we were finally able to produce the Tubular T-shirt domestically.
It has the appearance of the most basic short-sleeved T-shirt, woven with 20s combined yarn, and the cotton thread used for sewing is also garment dyed to give the entire product a consistent tone.
