Sashiko needles made in Japan using traditional methods.
Compared to Western needles, they are stronger and better for stabbing straight through the fabric. The needle tips are sharpened and have less friction when passing through the fibers, allowing them to pass through the fabric smoothly.
The needle has an oval eye and can accommodate thick threads. Suitable for DARUMA medium thickness (20/6) and Kogin thread (20/8).
